1. Who we are
Baby Bloom is operated by Baby Bloom OÜ. Our servers are located in Belgium (Europe) on Google Cloud infrastructure in the europe-west1 region, ensuring GDPR compliance.
2. Data we collect
We collect data you provide directly: your account information (email, name), your child's profile (name, date of birth, sex, photo), diary entries, tracker records (sleep, feeding, diapers), growth measurements, and vaccination records. We also collect basic analytics data (app events) via Amplitude to improve the product.
3. How we use your data
We use your data exclusively to provide the Baby Bloom service: generating AI responses, monthly letters, growth charts, vaccination reminders, and PDF exports. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. AI responses are generated using Anthropic Claude API — only the data you've entered is sent, not identifying personal data beyond your child's age and metrics.
4. Data sharing
We share data only with: (a) Google Firebase — authentication and database hosting; (b) Cloudflare R2 — media file storage; (c) Anthropic — AI responses (anonymized query data only); (d) RevenueCat — subscription management; (e) Resend — transactional emails. All processors are contractually bound to GDPR standards.
5. Partner access
If you invite a partner or grandparent, they can view or edit data depending on the role you assign. You can revoke access at any time from Settings → Shared access.
6. Data retention
Your data is retained as long as you have an account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. All personal data and media files are permanently deleted within 24 hours.
7. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, export your data (PDF export feature), restrict processing, and object to processing. To exercise any right, contact us at privacy@babybloom.pro.
8. Children's privacy
Baby Bloom is designed for parents and caregivers aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children. Data about your child is provided by you as their guardian.
9. Cookies
Our website uses minimal cookies: a session cookie for authentication and an analytics cookie (Amplitude). We do not use advertising cookies.
