1. Acceptance
By using Baby Bloom, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. You must be at least 18 years old to use Baby Bloom.
2. Service description
Baby Bloom is a baby development diary app that includes tracking tools, growth charts based on WHO standards, and an AI-powered assistant. The AI assistant does not provide medical diagnoses — always consult your pediatrician for medical decisions.
3. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Use a strong password and do not share your credentials. You may invite others to your child's profile with limited permissions (editor or view-only).
4. Subscriptions
Baby Bloom offers a free plan and premium subscriptions (monthly and annual). Premium features require an active subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and are governed by their respective terms. A 7-day free trial is available for new premium users.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store or Google Play. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their policies.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the service for illegal purposes, attempt to reverse-engineer the app, upload content that infringes third-party rights, or abuse the AI assistant with harmful requests.
7. Intellectual property
Baby Bloom and its content (design, text, AI outputs) are owned by Baby Bloom OÜ. Your diary entries and photos remain your property. You grant Baby Bloom a license to store and process your content to provide the service.
8. Limitation of liability
Baby Bloom is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The AI assistant does not replace professional medical advice — we are not liable for medical decisions made based on AI responses.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia (EU). Disputes shall be resolved in Estonian courts. EU consumers retain their mandatory consumer protection rights.
