Delete in the app
Open Sunny Seed → Settings → Privacy → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and data — you do not need to contact us.
No access to the app?
Email support@sunnyseed.app from the address you used to register and ask us to delete your account. We may need to verify your identity before deleting.
What is deleted
Your account, child profiles, diary entries, tracker records (sleep, feeding, diapers), measurements, vaccinations, milestones, and all photos, videos and voice notes you stored with us.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel it in your App Store / Google Play account settings to stop future charges.
Timing
Your data is removed immediately from our active systems; residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.
